If you're a married man that's looking into buying a home, you might want to think about this idea. It's pretty cool, awesome and ingenious. You wouldn't just be the only one that will love the idea; your Mrs. might definitely love it. It's ingenious, it's clever, it's an idea that you must seriously consider. Should you have enough money to afford it that is. You wouldn't want to spend more than you should and end up not being able to pay off your debts in the long run. So back to what we were talking about, why should you have a his and hers bathroom? Well, try these reasons on for size. 1. You wouldn't need to fight over the bathroom – ever again! Have your own faucet, toilet and everything else you might want double of. This way, you and your wife would very much be satisfied knowing that when you two need to get up for that important business meeting or for the first day of school for your kid, you wouldn't be delayed by a few minutes just because you're waiting on your spouse to finish his business in the bathroom. Think about it. Need to brush your teeth? Two faucets! Need to take a bath? Two showers! Or like a shower and a bath tub. This will not only make things run more smoothly at home, this will actually rather make your everyday routines and rituals go more efficiently. Another comforting thought is that you get to take a bath or shave and she gets put on her make up. A very sweet scene, don't you think? A quick bathroom date before you two head off for work. 2. You no longer need to argue about not putting the seat up anymore. Most guys usually forget to put the toilet seat back down after using it. This would be the cause for argument to some women. Why? It's a bit annoying when you're in a hurry to use the toilet and you no longer have time to think about whether the toilet seat is clean or placed down. If you had two toilets, say goodbye to those petty arguments about you not putting the seat down after you use it. Pretty convenient for those men who never seem to learn to put those toilet seats down after using them. 3. In the most extreme of cases, you at least have a spare in case one breaks down. You wouldn't need to worry about going to the guest bathroom in case your toilet or shower breaks down. After all, having a bathroom that has two of everything you might want would mean that there's a spare for those instances where there might be damages or malfunctions in one of the toilets, showers or faucets. The next time you're too busy to send out for a repair man to take care of all the things that have gone wrong in your bathroom, you would no longer need to worry about using someone else's bathroom in your home. |
