Exempt") wood stove, they have to settle for a stove that "heats a lot less than it eats" as far as fuel consumption is concerned. And most of these stoves don't have an attractive flame when they burn, either. With this stove, we've entirely changed the way people will think about all of that. Not only is this model a nice entry-level wood stove, heating up to 1,000 sq. ft. and taking logs over 18 In. long; it is designed so that it burns with "the look of a fireplace," with a beautiful flame pattern (so beautiful, in fact, that we applied for a pat. pend. when it went on the market). And it is the only 35-to-1 wood burner that has an air control on it, which provides some limited air adjustment that just isn't available on other 35-to-1 models. Now ships with pedestal included, along with the gold-plated legs and door! It?s like having two stoves in one!
